The Chapel - We had worked for this client before carrying out this excited project.

She had owned her own letting agent which we GJM, covered all of her maintenance and certification. 

We had a very good rapport. The client called me after seeing a Facebook add of this beautiful building for sale, at the time an office block. I met her and her husband at the property on the viewing to give my thoughts and ideas. The deal came off and we moved swiftley on to the design stage.

We loved this job from start to finish! It was an awkward building as it was built up of a steel structure internally so cable runs wasn't straight forward. We liaised with the clients on every part of the design. 

The final job was made up of a three phase electrical installation, video intercom which was accessed from various locations, numerous data points in each room and at all TV positions, a 16 channel CCTV system and an internal security door controlled by the intercom.

The final outcome of this project was amazing, the building was made up of around 3600 square foot so getting the light design right was critical.

Our favourite part of the conversion was a glass floor that was installed over the stair well, so light was passed through to the ground floor, an amazing effect.
